Anti-Spam Policy
Last updated: August 3, 2026
Valiora, operated by DARSO LTD (“Valiora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is committed to responsible, transparent, and permission-based marketing communications. We do not support spam or the unauthorized use of personal contact information.
1. Our communication practices
We may send marketing communications when:
- You subscribe through our website or another authorized Valiora form.
- You request product information, promotions, or updates.
- You purchase a product from us and applicable law permits related communications.
- You otherwise provide valid permission to receive marketing messages.
We do not knowingly use harvested, randomly generated, or unlawfully obtained email addresses. We do not knowingly purchase or use mailing lists without an appropriate legal basis or documented consent.
2. Types of messages we may send
Our communications may include:
- Product announcements and information
- Promotions, discounts, and special offers
- Health and wellness content
- Customer surveys and feedback requests
- Abandoned-cart reminders, where permitted
- Order confirmations, shipping updates, and service notices
Marketing messages will clearly identify Valiora as the sender. We will not intentionally use misleading sender information, email addresses, subject lines, or content.
3. How to unsubscribe
Every Valiora marketing email will include a clear unsubscribe option. You may stop receiving marketing communications at any time by clicking the Unsubscribe link in a marketing email or by emailing support@valiora.health with “Unsubscribe” in the subject line.
We will process valid unsubscribe requests promptly and no later than 10 business days after receiving them. We will not charge a fee, request information beyond what is reasonably necessary, or require more than a simple unsubscribe action.
4. Transactional communications
Unsubscribing from marketing communications will not prevent you from receiving necessary transactional or service-related messages, including:
- Order and payment confirmations
- Shipping and delivery notifications
- Refund and return updates
- Product safety or recall notices
- Responses to customer-support requests
- Important information concerning an existing order
5. Third-party providers and marketing partners
We may use trusted service providers to manage subscriptions, send communications, process unsubscribe requests, or operate our marketing systems. Any service provider, affiliate, or marketing partner communicating on behalf of Valiora must follow this Anti-Spam Policy and all applicable laws. DARSO LTD may monitor such communications and take corrective action when necessary.
Email addresses belonging to people who have unsubscribed will not be sold or transferred for marketing purposes. They may be shared confidentially when necessary to ensure that an unsubscribe request continues to be honored.
6. Protection of personal information
Email addresses and other personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect subscriber information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse.
7. Reporting unwanted or fraudulent messages
If you receive a message that appears to come from Valiora and believe it is unsolicited, misleading, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate, please contact us and include a copy or screenshot of the message. We will investigate legitimate complaints and take appropriate corrective action.
